Import contacts and history from a spreadsheet, with a guided step that matches your columns for you. People are matched by email, and gifts are matched to each donor by email or by the ID from your old system, so you don't get duplicates.
Gifts land on the right record
Gifts and payments go straight to your own payment account, and each one lands on the right person's record. Card numbers are handled by your payment processor and never stored on our servers. No platform fee from us; your payment processor's fees still apply.
Online gifts get an emailed receipt automatically. For checks and cash, staff send it with one tick when they record the gift. Year-end giving statements come from the same records.
