What we build · Nehemiah 2:18

Here's what we build, and where each one fits.

Every service has a clear, fixed scope, so you always know what you're paying for and what you're getting. Start where you are, add a monthly plan to keep things running, and layer on the extras when you need them.

Foundation · one gate per situation

The Starter

Nonprofit Launch Package

Fixed scope, fixed price, thirty days. Takes a brand-new nonprofit from a Gmail address to a functioning organization.

$1,299 flat · 30 days 50% deposit to start, 50% at handoff. No payment plans.

What gets built

  • Identity and workspace. Domain registered in your name, Google Workspace for Nonprofits configured, professional email, shared drive, and calendar.
  • Website, up to five pages. Home, About, Give, Contact, and one Program page. Mobile-ready with a donation button wired in. At kickoff you choose the hosting path, locked in before any build work starts: in-house, where we build it in code and host it ourselves at no cost to you, and you email us for changes; or Wix, where you get your own login to self-edit for $27/mo ($19/mo billed annually, with TechSoup's nonprofit rate available if you commit to two years).
  • Giving and donor data. On the Wix path, Givebutter handles giving and the donor CRM in one system, so there is no integration to break. On the in-house path, you can use Givebutter the same way, choose FundraiseUp on Stripe's nonprofit rate, or keep a donation platform you're already on. Every gift creates or updates a donor record automatically, with year-end receipts built in. Email runs on MailerLite at the nonprofit rate. The backend runs roughly $8.40 a month in-house, or roughly $35 a month on Wix, before donation activity.
  • Donor communication flow. A new-donor welcome sequence, thank-you automation, and a monthly newsletter template you can run yourself.
  • Handoff kit. A one-page systems map, all credentials in a password manager you own, and a recorded 60-minute training call for your person.

What's not included

Logo and brand design, content writing beyond the email sequence, paid ads and Ad Grant, social media management, video, legal or tax filings, and data migration beyond one clean import. Two rounds of website revisions are included; anything beyond that is quoted separately. You'll need to hold, or have filed for, 501(c)(3) status and a bank account, with one named person responsible for admin.

Systems Diagnostic

Where established organizations start. A paid diagnostic after an initial screening call. Small enough to be an easy first step, thorough enough to be worth it on its own.

$249 2 weeks 50% at signing / 50% before debrief. Credited toward month one if you sign the retainer within 30 days.

What the diagnostic covers

  • Systems inventory. Every tool, subscription, login, and owner, or the lack of one.
  • Donor data health. Duplicates, dead records, gaps, and where giving history actually lives.
  • Integration map. What connects, what doesn't, and what's manual that shouldn't be.
  • Communication flows. What a new donor actually experiences, which is usually silence.
  • Cost and redundancy. Overlapping subscriptions, unused seats, and tools doing the same job.

What's not included

Implementation of any recommendation, system configuration, cleanup or data migration, remediation of issues discovered, ongoing administration, vendor negotiations, or content drafting. The diagnostic diagnoses. It does not treat.

The Creator

Creator Starter Pack

Takes a Christian creator from "I should start a channel" to their first long-form video and first short, published. Three working sessions with real homework between them: you build the channel you'll be running, and we guide, equip, and review from the other side of the table.

$499 three sessions + templates 100% up front.

How it works

  • At signup. Three documents arrive the day payment clears: an intake questionnaire, a content setup checklist for creating your own accounts, and the Mission & Message Workbook.
  • Session one · Mission & Message, about an hour. We walk your workbook together, finish your message framework and topic map, and lock platform, handle, budgets, and the rhythm you can keep.
  • Session two · Media, about an hour. We define your show on one page, get the templates into your own Canva account, build your first thumbnail together, and plan your first video down to a recording date.
  • Session three · Review & Launch, about an hour. You've published your first long-form video and first short; we review them against everything you've learned and set up your 13-week scorecard.

How this differs from Content Engine Setup

The Creator Starter Pack is the from-zero version for an individual with no channel yet. Content Engine Setup rebuilds a publishing workflow for an organization that already posts inconsistently. Different starting point, different service.

The engagement · diagnose, treat, maintain

The Tangled

Systems Rebuild

The treatment the diagnostic prescribes. Scoped directly from your own 90-day roadmap. The diagnostic diagnoses, the rebuild treats, the retainer maintains.

Starting at$1,699 scoped per roadmap, no ceiling 50% deposit / 50% at completion. Project-priced from the diagnostic findings.

What gets rebuilt

  • Stack migration off fragmented legacy systems onto a clean, connected backend.
  • Data consolidation and cleanup so the CRM becomes the single source of truth.
  • Integration buildout so giving, CRM, and communications actually talk to each other.
  • Missing foundations like a first welcome sequence and receipt automation, built now so nothing important is skipped later.
Core engagement · renewable

Fractional Operations Retainer

Ongoing help that keeps everything running. The systems person you're not ready to hire full-time yet, at a fraction of the $65k+ role you'd otherwise be filling.

Starting at$999/mo 6-month minimum Billed monthly, on a six-month minimum.

Monthly scope

  • Donor data hygiene. Dedupe, merge, and maintain, so the CRM stays the source of truth.
  • CRM administration. Workflows, records, reports, and user questions.
  • Giving platform monitoring. Integrations verified, failed payments flagged, receipts flowing.
  • Communication execution. Newsletter and donor sequences maintained and shipped.
  • Monthly systems report. One page: donor movement, system health, what changed, what's next.

What's not included

New website builds, rebrands, video, ads management, and event staffing are excluded. New projects get their own scope of work.

The Starter

Care Plan

Keeps your site current and cared for after a Launch Package handoff. Small, predictable, and scoped to the website, not a stand-in for full systems support.

$100/mo 6-month minimum Then month-to-month. 30 days written notice to cancel.

What's included

  • Four content updates a month. Two-business-day turnaround. The clock starts once we have everything from you: final text, images, and links.
  • What counts as one update. Publishing a post, adding or editing an event, swapping photos in an existing section, text edits within one existing page, adding or removing a staff or board member, updating impact numbers or financials, adding a downloadable resource, or updating your hours, phone, address, or social links.
  • Uptime monitoring, security patching, and weekly backups, restored on request.
  • Email support, answered by a person, plus a quarterly check-in call if you want one.

What's not included

A brand-new page's content, design changes such as colors, fonts, spacing, or layout, a new section on an existing page, logo or brand work, new integrations, and a full redesign. Each is quoted separately, on request. This stays website-scoped by design: if you need full systems and donor-data support down the road, that's a Systems Rebuild conversation into the Fractional Ops Retainer, not a bigger Care Plan.
