About Kingdom52
Who is Kingdom52?
Kingdom52 is Mitchell Beecher's company, based in Texas.
We build the systems a small organization runs on: Kingdom52 CRM, the Kingdom52 Learning Platform, and websites.
Who do you work with?
Small nonprofits, small businesses (including online shops), and startups.
The CRM uses nonprofit or business wording, so it reads the way your organization talks.
Who will I actually work with?
You work directly with Mitchell, the person who builds your system.
The person you talk to about what you need is the same person who sets it up and walks your team through it.
Where should I start?
Start with the free Systems Check. It's 15 questions, and no account is needed.
If you'd rather talk it through, book a call.
What we build
What does Kingdom52 build?
Two products, Kingdom52 CRM and the Kingdom52 Learning Platform. They come in our monthly packages with a website, or on their own.
We also build new websites and rebuild existing ones. What we build has the details for each.
What is Kingdom52 CRM?
It's where your organization keeps its contacts and records, in its own database that no other client shares.
It uses nonprofit or business wording to fit your organization, and modules turn on or off, so you only see what you use.
On sites we host, you can edit blog posts, swap photos and change text yourself from the CRM, and run donor and giving reports with CSV export.
What is the Kingdom52 Learning Platform?
It's a learning platform for your courses, on its own web address, and like the CRM it's sold on its own. If you have only the learning platform, it gets its own database.
If you have both, you use one login across both. Your CRM and courses share one database, kept in separate sections.
Can I buy the CRM or the learning platform on its own?
Yes. The CRM is sold on its own, the learning platform is sold on its own, and you can have the two together without a website from us. The standalone CRM includes up to 1 hour a month of how-to help by email (no website changes), then $85 an hour. See pricing, or book a call and we'll scope it.
Do you build websites?
Yes, new sites and rebuilds of the one you have.
Every site we build stays hosted with us on a monthly package, backed up daily and monitored. Fixes and updates to what we built stay included while we host you.
Builds are quoted after a call. See pricing.
Pricing and plans
Where can I see your prices?
Prices are on our pricing page and on What we build.
Your price is set in your agreement.
Why do you publish your prices?
So you can see what it costs before you talk to anyone, and compare us fairly with other options.
Every package is on our pricing page, along with what's included.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every package includes unlimited staff logins. The package is set by how much help you want.
No per-contact fees: store as many contacts as you need.
What help do we get after handoff?
One live walk-through when we hand the system over.
After that, questions and changes come out of your package hours, or are billed at our hourly rate if your package has none.
See pricing for the hours in each package.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Unused hours don't roll over.
How is the learning platform priced, and are there video limits?
You can add it to any package or to the standalone CRM, or use it on its own. See pricing.
There's no learner limit. Each month includes 20,000 minutes of video watched (about 330 hours) and 20 hours of video stored.
Videos you host on your own YouTube or Vimeo account don't count toward either.
$5 per extra 1,000 minutes watched, $10 per extra 10 hours stored.
Can we send email from the CRM?
Yes. Email goes out through a sending account in your name, the same way your payment account is yours.
The provider's free plan covers up to 3,000 emails a month. Larger lists pay the provider directly.
You're the sender, so you're responsible for having permission to email everyone on your list.
Do you manage Google Ads or the Google Ad Grant?
Yes. For eligible nonprofits, we guide you through the Ad Grant application and manage the account; Google decides eligibility.
For businesses and organizations, we manage paid Google Ads. You pay Google directly for ad spend; it isn't included in our fee. See pricing.
Who can book the paid diagnostic?
Anyone. The Systems Diagnostic is open to you whatever system you use today, Kingdom52 or not.
See pricing for what it costs.
How do package terms work?
Packages run in six-month terms that renew automatically unless you give us 30 days' notice before the term ends. We send a reminder 45 days before each renewal.
You can upgrade any time, and move to a smaller plan or cancel at the end of a term.
Leaving early means paying the rest of that term.
How does Hosting Only work?
Hosting Only is for a website with no CRM or learning platform.
It starts with a six-month term, then runs month to month. See pricing.
Your data and leaving
Is our data shared with other clients?
No. Each client gets their own database and their own web address.
Nothing is shared between clients.
Do you handle our payments or card numbers?
Payments go to your own processor account, Stripe by default.
Card numbers stay with the processor, not with us.
What happens at handoff?
We walk your team through the system in one live session.
Bring the people who'll use it every day, and bring your questions.
Your content and data are always yours. Our CRM and learning platform software is licensed to you, not handed over.
What if we want to leave?
We hand over your data and site files. At the end of your term, you get your site files and your own data, as a database export and CSV files. Our CRM and learning platform software, database structure and functions aren't included.
We switch off the CRM connection keys at handover.
Any help beyond the export, like rerouting forms, setting up a new host or migration questions, is billed at our hourly rate.
