We handle the setup. Each client gets their own database and their own web address. Payments go to your own processor account (Stripe by default, or Square or another processor if that is what you already use), and card numbers stay with the processor, not with us.

How we work

You work directly with the person who built your system.

  1. Start with a conversation

    We start with the work that eats your week and the software you already paid for that didn't help. Take the free Systems Check first, or book a call if you'd rather talk.

  2. A written scope you can say no to.

    Before we build anything, you get it in writing, in plain English: what we'll build, what it costs, and what we're not doing. If it doesn't fit, say no.

  3. Working software early

    You get a link to the real system, not a slide deck. Click through it and tell us what's wrong while it's still easy to change.

  4. Your team gets one live walk-through. Support stays with the plan.

    We set up logins for you and your staff, then walk your team through it in one live session. You keep your content and data.* System alerts come to us, and we fix problems in the system. You get updates as we release them. After the walk-through, questions and changes come out of your package hours, or are billed at our hourly rate. We reply within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, Central time.
